DELIVERY & INSTALLATION GUIDE
We want the delivery and installation of your new game room products to be safe and hassle-free. Please review this quick overview to familiarize yourself with the process and prepare for the arrival of our service team members. We look forward to seeing you soon!
SCHEDULE YOUR INSTALL
Our team will work with you to find a suitable date and time to deliver and install your products. Please ensure that your neighborhood, complex, or office building does not prohibit deliveries during your scheduled time frame. If an elevator is required, please do your best to reserve it for the appropriate time. About 90% of items delivered to our customers are going into a basement or main level. If we are going up stairs please try to disclose this as soon as possible as an extra fee will need to be applied unless prior arrangements have been made.
Please Note: To avoid issues during delivery, we pre-build or partially build larger items up to 36 hours in advance. This ensures your products meet our rigorous quality control standards before we get to the job site. Because of this, we require a 36-hour notice if you need to reschedule your install appointment. Cancellations within 36 hours of scheduled delivery will incur restocking and/or storage fees.
KNOW YOUR TIMELINE
Our deliveries and installations are scheduled within 2-hour time windows. You will receive a phone call 30 minutes in advance to our arrival. Please ensure that an adult 18 years of age or older is home to welcome our mechanic team during your scheduled delivery window. We ask that you please secure any pets during the delivery process.
Please Note: Apartment buildings, condo complexes, retirement facilities, and office suites often prohibit deliveries during certain hours. If your building or complex has such restrictions, please let us know when scheduling a delivery. If an elevator’s use is required for delivery, please do your best to reserve it for the appropriate time. This will help ensure a timely delivery.
MAKE A PATH
To allow for efficient entry of our delivery trucks into your property please move any vehicles or other obstructions for safer and easier access. Ensure that the product will clear all doors, hall corners, and ceilings. Try to remove any possible obstructions from the entry to the game room and clean the area where the item(s) will be placed.
PROTIP: As a rule of thumb, if you can get a queen-sized mattress into the room without bending it, then a standard 8’ pool table shouldn’t pose a problem. If you’re still unsure, just contact us, and we’ll help you double check.
Please Note: Longer items like shuffleboards, especially those over 16 feet in length, can sometimes be challenging to install. Make sure to let us know about the layout of your home regarding stairs, tight corners, or any other impedances prior to delivery.
VISUALIZE YOUR SPACE
Determine where you would like the products installed. To go a step further, map out the area using masking tape on the floor. This will ensure our mechanics know exactly where you want your new game room items placed.
Please Note: It’s important that any permanent fixtures below or above your game room furniture have been properly installed prior to setting up your game room furniture. Items like pool tables and shuffleboards require expert installation and cannot be easily lifted or moved. You will want to make sure any lighting, flooring, rugs, wall-mounted TVs, etc. are in place prior to our arrival.
SIT BACK AND RELAX
We work as efficiently as we can while we're in your space. Some of our team members are quiet while working and others will chat your ears off. All are friendly and courteous and ready to answer any questions you might have. As we wrap up, we will go over a checklist with you to ensure everything is exactly how you want it.
ENJOY YOUR NEW GAME ROOM
When we leave, your game room will be devoid of any debris from our installation team. The room should be exactly how you want it and ready for play. At this point, we invite you to share your feedback and experience with us. We're only satisfied when we've provided great customer service, and a few kind words from you would make our job that much more gratifying.
GENERAL SERVICE DEPARTMENT POLICIES
- For liability purposes, our delivery mechanics are not authorized to install or move other furniture, fixtures, billiard lighting, or wall racks.
- To ensure the safety of our delivery team, we reserve the right to delay deliveries due to hazardous road and/or weather conditions.
- If special accommodations are made for furniture that needs to be suspended/dropped into an area, additional fees may be assessed.
- Due to our safety policies and OSHA guidelines, our delivery associates are prohibited from removing their shoes at any time.
