Moving A Monster, Connelly Ultimate with 2" Thick Slate!

We were recently contacted to disassemble a table for a customer so they could store it before they move. We had no idea when scheduling over the phone what we were getting into, most pool tables use three pieces of one inch thick slate. This pool table, a 9', was three pieces of two inch thick slate, weighing just shy of 450lbs a piece! We needed three guys just to move the pool table from one room to the next.
